Using this website
You're welcome to read, share and link to anything on this site. The text, images and design are my copyright or used with permission. Please don't reproduce the writing elsewhere without asking first — I'm usually happy to say yes.
I take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but I offer it for general interest only. It isn't professional advice, and I'm not responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Coaching services
Engagement. Any coaching engagement begins with a free initial conversation. We proceed to paid coaching only if we both agree it's a good fit.
Confidentiality. What you share in a coaching session stays between us. The only exceptions are where I'm legally required to disclose information, or where I'm concerned about immediate risk of serious harm — in which case I'll talk to you first wherever possible.
Fees. Fees are agreed with you in writing before we start. Most clients pay per session or per block of sessions. I issue invoices by email, payable within 14 days.
Cancellation and rescheduling. I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move a session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full, at my discretion. If I need to cancel or reschedule, I'll always offer a replacement session at no charge.
Ending the engagement. Coaching is always voluntary. You can end the work at any time, for any reason, without needing to explain. I'll do the same only if I'm no longer the right coach for you, and I'll refer you on where I can.
Complaints. If you're not happy with something, please tell me directly in the first instance — I take that seriously. I'm a member of relevant professional coaching bodies and committed to their ethical standards.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, my total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid me in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Imagine approaching your work with renewed confidence and clarity
Whether you're leading, building, growing or rethinking something, coaching can help you untangle challenges, think more clearly and take meaningful action in a way that feels sustainable and relevant to you.
