Group coaching isn't team coaching, and it isn't a workshop. It's a small cohort of people at a similar point in their journey — founders scaling a first business, senior leaders stepping into new levels of responsibility, or professionals navigating a career change — who meet regularly to think out loud, share what's working, and be honest about what isn't.
Why group coaching works
When you're at the top of a business or a team, the people around you often rely on you for answers. Group coaching gives you back the experience of being surrounded by peers — people who don't need everything explained, who ask good questions, and who won't be shocked when you say you don't have it all figured out.

Who it's for
Group coaching with me is for people who are comfortable being honest about where they are, curious about what others are doing, and ready to be useful to each other. Most cohorts are drawn from one of three audiences:
- Founders at the start-up or early-growth stage
- Business owners growing their team and their own leadership
- Senior leaders (corporate or academic) facing similar levels of responsibility
I keep groups small — usually six to eight people — so there's time for everyone to be heard and no one can hide at the back.
How it runs
Cohorts typically meet fortnightly or monthly, online via Zoom, for 90-minute sessions over a fixed number of weeks (most run for three to six months). Between sessions, you have access to me by email for quick questions, and peer partners in the group for accountability.

Good to know
- Cohorts are curated for fit. You'll have a 20-minute call with me before joining so we can be sure you're in the right place with the right people.
- If there isn't a cohort running at the time you're ready, I'll let you know when the next one opens — or you can start with one-to-one coaching in the meantime.
- Pricing is fixed per cohort and invoiced in two stages. I keep it deliberately accessible compared to one-to-one, because the peer learning is part of the value.
